Curling tongs must refer to some odd curling technique, I guess. In the games I have watched the players only used brooms.
I've found that the PS controls all feel really odd after using the XBOX for so long - I still have my PS2, so it was the thing I played the most, but I got GT5 at XMas and discovered that it feels really strange to have the accelerator and brake be on the thumb buttons as opposed to the the triggers. It's realistic to the point of being painful since the buttons don't have the metered control that the triggers have which means you are either hard on the throttle or hard on the brake - very little room for half throttle or etc. The PS3 is relatively new, and I keep playing the XBOX instead so other than that I don't have much input.
