I think so, fairly accurate. I mean, reputation can be somewhat surface-like. But it should represent how you are viewed and that is determined by how you behave and how you treat people. Some people put on a good act. Some people see through those acts. Some people are more genuine than others.
I wish I could be more warm in person than I am. I feel it . I do think my reputation is pretty accurate in terms of it's depth, anyway, in how I behave.
I do realise you are talking about in person, on here you come over as a warm person.
I knew a person who put on a very convincing act, I agree with you that some people do, I think it's pretty unusual though.
