By the sound of him, he'll probably just make another baby.

I would get personal with him. Tell him his wife and children can't afford for him to not show up at work anymore, and that if he does it again, you won't hesitate to fire him.

He's married with one kid and literally just had another (which may or may not be his as his wife is somewhat of a whore, but, that's beside the point).

give your employees a drug test.

Forget it, he needs someone who will work. Not just cash checks.

Apparently he's part of a selective breeding program for ugly and stupid genetic traits. His poor kids are the ugliest little buggers I've seen in awhile and the 3 year old is none too bright.

Hecate, I'd just talk to him and see what's going on. Odds are, there's another problem or something else going on that you may not be aware of. As an example: I have a friend who's Ex-girlfriend is also a bit of a whore. The Ex also has one kid that my friend cares for so very much (It's actually quite sweet and very touching) and even though he doesn't look like it (He actually looks like he'd just as soon do weed or something... but supprisingly he doesn't. I suppose it's the hair. He has really weird and finicky hair.) he's actually a really great parent. The catch is that he not only has to look after the kid (Since the Ex hardly spends time with her kid. My friend really wants the kid to get a good start on life.) but he has to go to school and he at one point had a job. He couldn't do all three so he had to give up one. So he sacrificed his job. He knows that if he stays at school, he can get a better job and he also knows that if he takes care of the kid, the kid will grow up and have a better life. So what I'm trying to say is that there maybe something else going behind the scenes that isn't so obvious that he's just not talking about. Of course in the case of my friend, he talked about it with me. But as far as you employee, he's not talking and it's probably because whatever it is that might be bothering him might be hard to talk about.... especially if you are his employer. And somehow, I don't blame him either. I'm not suggesting you're a bad employer but you're so far up the ladder that if he talks to you, well..... it's embarrasing. Even I have trouble talking with my employers. They just have so much power that it just makes me nervous. The only employer that I could talk to on a friendship was the one I had for my summer job. She wanted to make people feel confortable with her. To me, she seemed much more like a friend than my boss. Not to say that I completely forget that she is my boss. That still sat at the back of my mind. But I still enjoyed her company. So sometimes it is also a question of approchability too.....

Anyways... I'm rambling. So best of luck to you. ^^

The question, of course, being, "Did she touch you inappropriately?"

I can recommend good tracks to do it on......Right on the switch track high voltage mechanism then a 90 ton slow locomotive should finish him off if the 30,000 volts dont.😠

I think you are off to the right start, the wheels have been set in motion since he's been officially documented as falling short of all expectations.

Someone said earlier, and I agree, suspend him for 3 or 5 days. It'll hurt him in the pocket book without ruining him.

Then give him a wedgie...
