This started a long conversation that i will relay over the next few threads!!!
I must point out that after my initial irritation i believe that the user in question had my best interests at heart (as will be seen from the threads below) and bear him/her no malice.
BUT I want this sorted now so do your worse you wolves ( see threads below)!!

“While I appreciatte you apparent good intentions I am not sure what you are recommending I do.
Are you saying i should intentionally loose games so that it appears that i am not being 'helped' or are you accussing me of being 'helped' and advising me not .... er not to be.
In regard to statistical improbabilities, while looking at it it does seem to be quite a steep climb, it is in fact up to the same level I had previously reached and if you look at the ratings of those contributing to that climb most of them are well below my previously attained level. In fact to ensure that i recovered my rating i have ordered my games by the ratings of my opponnents and played the lowest rated games the fastest, often getting the time clock on the more able players.
This also ensured that if i get timed out it will be on the games that will damage my rating the least.
My previously eratic play you will alo see if you look closely is largely due to time outs NOT losing games and this is because i have a limited time to play games and tend to take on too many.
It comes to something when one should be afraid of 'looking like' one is ... cheating as well as of course being caught cheating.
Now I am afraid that YOU believe i am cheating and will start some form of campaign against me... talk about salem witch hunts!!!!
SO what can i do to convince you that i am not. Do you want me to explain my system of moving, discuss chess openning books in a knowledgable way.... or outline my thinking and strategy in any of the games i have recently won?
Do you want to analyse the games in some way to see if i dont know ... um my style has changed...??
What do i have to do to convince you i am not getting assistance and remove my name from the list of those 'enemies of the state' that you seemed to have placed me on.

I could care less what you do or how you choose to address it. I am not accusing you of anything, just stating that it raises suspicions. The Moderator team is very thorough with their investigations and never kick anyone without complete evidence. If you are not a cheater, you can be assured that you won't be labeled one by them.

“That Request was made 13 days after i joined the site, I had no idea what the ratings really meant in terms of actual strength and i was going for quick no pressure games at the time while i was finding my feet. I decided to really go for it some time after that once it became apparrent that with a little effort i could do much better then average.
I think you could care less, to accuse someone with out any care is like throwing petrol on a fire to see what it will do (and someone elses fire).
I have read a bit about this game moderation team since your direction to the banned players list and also note that there are many that dont trust their secretive and completely unaccountable way of operating.
I would prefer not to be brought to the attention of this KGB cheatsquad as secret justice is no justice at all.
So as YOU are my accuser I would like to convince YOU first, as is always the case in totalatarian states it is the newtork of spies and sympathisers that accuse any disenters and send them away to be hung in secret.
You should be prepared to be accountable for your actions andnot just fire off loads of grief and retire avoiding the fallout.
How for example did you come accross me? I am not playing you and I dont think i ever have, has someone else 'reported' me to you? Is their a conversation going on in some forum about me? Who else do i need to convince?
Frankly I am ready to give up now and go to another site unless I know that I am not already labelled and condemmend.

Did you search for this after i replied to your accusation or is it part of your 'evidence pack' that prompted the accusation?
What else is in the evidence pack? What witnesses do you have that I should be aware of? Who else thinks i am cheating?
You are probably thinking 'i wish i did not start this now'
But you did and you OWE me the chance to clear my name and stop the malicious gossp that i now believe is circulating about me.
what do i have to do? Report myself to the moderating team and get a certificate of non cheating?
Or will cronyism and political expedience get me eliminated as i note you are in four clans are are obviously well connected.

Come on you made a reasonable call based on my graph and decided to give me a fair warning ... I dont blame you for that... but i deserve to know the REAL reason for your suspicions. I can not believe you trawl through old threads and look up the players out of curiosity.
Convince me and put my paranoia to rest or tell me the REAL reasons.
Also what do i do now? Should I post a message in my profile to say... look guys i am not cheating?

I have looked at the banned players list and frankly it makes grim reading.
If you think i am cheating then so will orders (still dont buy that i say this old thread story) do you mind if i post our entire conversation in the forums and invite comments and accusations?
I want this settled i dont want to braek my butt climbing up the ratings only to be banned, frankly my time is too precious for that sort of crep.

It's up to you but frankly, this conversation only makes you look paranoid and defensive. If I were you, I would state my piece in the thread that was bumped today knowing what you know now and not start a massive brouhaha. The forums are full of wolves and you would be only be giving yourself more trouble (not that you're in any trouble to begin with!) if you invited comments from everyone in the general forum. However, it would probably make for some exciting drama, if you're into that kind of thing... LOL..

Your question has an easy answer. The person who sent you the PM thinks you are cheating.
which is rediculous from the start. Suspicious profiles don't have
the pointy nature like this one, regardless of rating. The
real suspicious ones are more flat topped (more consistant)
which means you are either an IM or use engines.
I would think the thing to do would be contact russ and get the dude
for harassment.
