Thanks to the guy who had a burger avatar, I popped burger meat in the oven, got some red cheese and before I could take a picture, the burger ended up in my stomach. I hope this doesn't become a regular event as that's a bit too fatty for me.

Try a different meat, I use minced turkey for mine 🙂

If you cooked a burger in an oven, you are a cretin who is culinarily challenged. Any burger guy knows you either fry it or grill it over a flame or charcoal.

I'm not so sure... depends how it was prepared and came out. I can't remember where I heard about it, but there was a slow baked burger someone told me about and I wanted to try it. I just never got around to it and now have forgotten how they did it.

Nobody fries food anymore. Read the instructions on the pack. You even have oven chips and oven American fries. Americans call chips French Fries for some reason.
