I dislike posting first, cause now some of u r gona coppy me... o well Nf4 looks like a good move because-opening up kingside and forcing the well placed bishop to movenow black has to move the bishop..because it wil die to Nxe2 in a second. Atfirst glance Bd3 looks tricky because black will play Rxe1...but the knight can take back and when Rc1 (attacking the weak e1 square) white plays Kf1 and hes ok. b4, a5, and f3 are stupid...so that leaves Bg4..white will chase away (for if capture..black has a dangerous attack) with h3....so instead i vote
30. h3 because it restricts the bishops eventual flight squares, gives the white King a flight square and adds slight pressure to the black King (it gives ideas of posts for white) and lastly because black cant do anything productive here.
now for black...N&B anywhere loses a piece. King is essential stalemated (sure Kg5 is possible but f4 looks menacing) the c Rook could go attack a pawn...but if it tries to capture then the stalemated bishop is toast. if black tryies to waste a move by playing a5 then white can win the bishop... h4 drops a pawn. So that leaves the eRook. e7, d8, f8, e6 (Nf4!) and a8 are dumb. c8 looks scary..but when Rc1, remember that white can exchange one rook then run to his flight square on h2 seeing how every move that black can do eighter waists time or material...he should play to exchange off 1 of whites rooks with
30....Rc8-Its pointless, but then again...the game has been over for quiet a few moves.

30. f3...Re2 White traps the Bishop, creates some space fro the king preventing a back rank if one of the rooks are traded and takes the first step in a pawn push. Black shuffles the rook along to protect a flight square for the Bishop.

30.f4 Rec8

30.f4 to prevent the black King's escape to g5, to strengthen the outposted knight at e5, and to give the white king an escape square at f2.

30...Rec8 to create a counter attacking battery on the c file (though I suspect this is already too late).

h3 make room for the king and other things which I see.

Rxe5 getting rid of the knight which will be replaced by another knight but the rook isn't doing much.

Re2 is not valid. Rd2 maybe?

Okay it looks like the usuals have got their moves in. Anyone else? Couple of hours left.

30. h3...Rd2. White's move prevents the bisop to move to g4. Though it seems that the Black's bishop is trapped it can be, however, saved by 30...Rd2 so if 31. Nf4...Bd1 can save the black bishop.

Yes Rd2 was what I intended to post - my apologies
