I say take them.

Take them in tournaments and clan games as soon as you can.

In friendlies, take them if they have no vacation flag up.

I always take em. Then again, I play only tournaments and clan games, no friendlies. I just got 3 points in my clan league this morning by claiming the timout.

Skulls are designed to be klicked.

In clan matches and tournaments you should always claim timeouts. In friendlies you should still click the skull but you may, if you like, allow yourself a tiny twinge of remorse as you do so.

Take them if you want to, wait if you're not bothered. Personally I tend to wait, but if someone times me out then fair enough.

(I've only had one case where I was annoyed to be timed out, but that was a fairly specific situation)

I have just set my alarm for 5am tomorrow. if my opponent has not moved I will claim a timeout and win a tournament.

A hollow victory indeed, but a victory nonetheless.

Depends if im talking to them in game or not 🙂 Iv in about 40% of my games I do have conversions going, I dont think any of the players would abuse their time banks, so even if they do go over I wouldnt click the skull.

Take them. It's a free win.

I'm mellowing with age. If the position is interesting one way or another, I'll probably leave it. I rarely if ever timeout anyone I'm in conversation with, too, unless their conversation is along the lines of "Resign, fishface!" and "I say, you don't play very well!"

One thing that I think would be good is to include timeout wins and losses on each player's profile. The timeouts would still count in the points, but people would have a better idea of the kind of player they are facing - without going through every individual public game. I know I would like to see it on my own profile - the wins I actually earned on the board and wins I timed out.

This makes it easy to see the personality type of someone challenging me.
Is he the type who get tired and abandon his games?
Is he the type who click the skull as fast he can?
Good information to see! But would I really want others to see my personality type?
