I didn't want to write out your full name.
Congrats you have the last word in about 9 posts now.
You must feel like king of the world.
🙂
Seems to me like YOU are the one who petulantly needs to get the last word in. You won't stop!

I'll post as much as I want vippo. If that makes you feel like crying, you better stock up on tissue paper.
I suggest you use your leisure time and learn how to play chess instead of picking fights with strangers.
fast fast, because soon, soon...
you will not be able to do it anymore 😉
Originally posted by paulbuchmanfromficsI bet I have more, since I can get them all for free from www.gigapedia.org .
I have over 400 on everything from wild opening variations to endgame studies. I have game collections of every world champion from Steinitz to Kasparov. I have most of the classics/improvement books. I am an obssessive collector though. How many books do you guys have?

yes, hurry up and post as much as you can now...when you still can... 😛

Originally posted by paulbuchmanfromficsI put Petrosian's Legacy. That was a brainslip. The other book with all the Petrosian games is Petrosian Vs The Elite. Petrosian's Legacy is a great book too by the way.
I read the other thread by greenpawn. I do exactly the same thing. I've only read about 20 or so cover to cover. I hop around in the others and put them back on the shelf. A couple months ago, I wanted to start reading them all. I read The Most Instructive Games Of Chess Ever Played, Petrosian's Best Games Of Chess, and Why Lasker Matters. ...[text shortened]... with Petrosian's Legacy. Every game in Legacy has not been covered in the Clarke book!

Originally posted by KlingerNowadays I have a piece of paper. One side is a movie I haven't seen. On the other is a chessbook I want. I think about the 400+ books I already have and buy the movie. 🙂 I have thought about putting most of them on ebay, but I don't have a digital camera and doubt I would get much. It's hard, at least for me, to pay $20 for something and get back $5. I'd rather just keep it.
I have one. Chess made easy, I should probably buy some more but can't be bothered.
