If he fails to make a move within the timeout period then a skull will appear for Rahimk to collect or not. Given that recent moves have been several days apart then more often than not a skull will be available to Rahimk.
That said it has been pointed out that Rahimk is unlikely to take the skull.
I am confident that the same could not be said if the shoe was on the other foot i.e. cmsmaster would probably click the skull rather than be defeated

So there is no way of knowing what Rahim would do. Having said that I think that if either player sees a skull then there is no reason they shouldn't take the win that way - the time limits were accepted at the start and both players, fairly grudgingly, accepted them.
