No, cms has his holiday thing up, which means that noone can time him out right now. cms is out of time, but at the moment RahimK can't take advantage of it. So there is no way of knowing what Rahim would do. Having said that I think that if either player sees a skull then there is no reason they shouldn't take the win that way - the time limits were accepted at the start and both players, fairly grudgingly, accepted them.
The question was what happens once cmsmaster holiday flag period comes to an end. Therefore my answer was correct
