You don't have one. They start at 1600 unless I am very much mistaken.

There is no way to know. It's probably similar, but could be off by 400 points or more.

I can give you mine for comparison, but as previously stated, there is no "fixed" conversion.

My USCF rating is 1483, and my RHP rating is 1280. However, I went up from 1200 to 1483 quite rapidly, and since I'm an non-sub there could be a lag.

I've seen people claim their USCF/FIDE rating was much higher than their RHP rating, and vice-versa. No rhyme or reason to it, no sense looking for one.
My USCF rating was 1850 when I was active, I'm struggling to stay in the mid-1500's here. I've I just finished a game with someone who was 1500 USCF, over 1600 RHP.

I just don't know.

Good point, and probably a good estimate. The only way to get a FIDE/USCF/BCF/etc. rating over the board is to go out and do it, after several years you'll have an idea.
RHP ratings are not relevant to anything but RHP.

However, if you want an estimate as to your strength at chess, I'd say 1600+ here is a very strong player, better than most, certainly way better than any casual player.

most likely the over-the-board rating is 200-to-400 points lower than the rhp rating.
corresponding ratings are typically much higher than o-t-b.

Not necessarily. It depends alot on the player. Some are much better at using databases and such which enhance their CC ratings by quite a bit. I think it is a complete toss up as to whether your OTB or CC rating will be higher.

Your RHP rating would also depend on if you used DB's and/or the analysis board feature... some people use both... some people use neither.
