My opponent apparently timed me out in this game when it should have been the other way. How did I loose this game by timeout when I still had time in my time banks???

If there is genuinely something wrong with the timebanks, then it will be best to click on "Send Feedback" and explain there. Russ or Chris should then investigate it. They probably wouldn't see this thread and it wouldn't be clear to anyone else what happened.

It was blacks move. 1 day per move. Presumably both time banks had been used then black did not move for 24 hours.

Black could not time out when it was his move even if white had used their entire time bank.

I had 1.1 days left on my timebank. right now, its 0.8 days. My opponent has 0 days left.

When a game has finished, the time information given in the game page is not reliable.

Russ, if you read this, did you know this? Is it possible to fix?

As Fab said, the time data given after a game has finished is completely random.
