4...Bf5

Stays in the main line. Attacks the knight and forces it to move. There's no comfortable way for white to defend the knight. Best to move it and attack the bishop in return.

It seems that Bf5 is the only move to be made here.

Unless somebody pipes up in the next 24 hours or so suggesting a different move, then I'll just make the Bf5 move without putting it to the vote.

Nice.

As expected, the knight moved to Ng3. Is there a playable alternative to Bg6?

Ja. E6, g6, and Nf6 are in my database.

5. Ng3 Bg6.

Bg6 is the only logical move here, again, just play it, white will then likely get his other knight out or maybe play h5, in either case, h6 is probably the next move after this. This is an all forced opening.

Alrighty,

I don't know where all the geniuses who wanted to play this opening have disappeared to 😉, but unless someone comes up with alternatives to the moves listed above within the next couple of hours, I'm going to put this to the vote.

My reasons for dissapearing have nothing to do with the opening, but the "player" in question we are playing, I want nothing to to with "him".

It's always sad news when the ppl we admire as gods turn to shame/sham. I remember the O.J Simpson trial, at that time, everyone beleived he was innocent, no matter what, now everyone knows the facts and despises him. The same will come to pass, eventually. I will take the heat and maybe a few bans until then, but the truth will be set free one day, it will come out, it can't hide forever.
