Why did white castle? Is this all about attacking f7?
mostly. black has severly weakened his kingside and center while neglecting development. White will play Qxf3 with pieces already doubled on the f-file, a safe king, the better center and the only developed minor piece.

Has to be 6. QXf3 and white is a whole Knight down with a great lead in development.

Qxf3.

I can't think of another gambit where white (or black) gambit's a piece this early and still has reason to be optimistic.

a3, prophylactic, quiet move will add solidity to white's position...

Just joking, Qxf3 seems only normal move.

I really don't like black's position at all. Part of me is thinking about how seriously behind in develop (s)he is, the other is thinking about how that pathetic looking f-pawn is the only thing between white and a support mate on f7.
