6. Qxf3 Qf6 7. e5
According to Korchnoi, the most logical, "with this extra sacrifice of a pawn white opens up new lines for the attack".
7. d3 is playable but after 7. ... Bc5+ 8. Kh1 d6 black has opened a few lines for his pieces and if, say, 9. BXf4 Nc6 10. Nc3 Ne5 white has attacking chances after 11. Qg3 but it is far from clear and he is still N for a pawn down.
There are no other realistic options, so 7. e5!! it must be.
