19. g5 Nh5 20. Kd2 d5!? (maybe) 21. exd5 Nf4 looks interesting. Black's down a lot of material, but it's really messy. 22. Bxf4 looks pretty terrible, but it's not easy to find any other contructive plan....22...Nxd5 is a major threat here.
The general idea was not to simply move in the corner and give black a fixed target. White may slowly take over the b file with the two rooks and get active. I don't see anything all that great for black either.

I see why this position is judged unclear from the beginning of the exchange sac. You really just have to play a lot of games and see how they turn out. 🙂
