It just sounds like you're bitter, you always think the grass is greener on the other side. Computers havent ruined chess, you have a choice, use them in study or dont, its that simple. I know it can be semi annoying when 1400s are knocking off "their" assisted guesses to the next GM move when you're watching a game but hey thats their loss, they wont end up improving much by just reading notation off an engine panel.
You do any studying, it's GM assisted.
You look at databases it's Gm assisted.
You look at non GM games, they're using GM moves.
If you want to play on your own.
Play.

and see how far you get.
