I try not to too often, the last games I remember winning on time were against players who were definately not moving in the games - and even then it was the auto timeout that happens in tournaments rather then my own hand.

My own rule on skulling...
Is it a clan game?
Am I buddies w/my opponent?
If it is a clan game and I've had no dialogue, I use the skull mercilessly...however, if it's friendly...buddy game, I never use a skull.
🙂
No reason to dirty the other guy, this is a game and if your opponent enjoys the game too then both players are better off. You can learn from losing a game too, I've been told. Although I can't seem to manage that...😞
Tourneys are a little more intense, I don't believe anyone would expect you to refrain from clicking the skull in those...
