NEVER reply to such a message since at least one case of mistaken banning has taken place.

I did copy the note and sent it as feedback to admin. Last time I sent a note through feedback, they did address it.

Why have "philomina4james" as part of the email? That severely limits her (?) chances in terms of responses from anyone not called James.
