My favorite gambit is the Muzio Gambit, a variation within the King's Gambit. It is a complete disregard for material concerns in the pursuit of an attack against the opposing king. Here's a nice sample game:

If you do some rigorous searching of my games, you will find a couple of trys against 1600-1800 level competition here. It hasn't really held up to well against good competition (people who don't play h3 and instead play either d3, d4 or c3).
