I must be missing something because this looks astoundingly easy. Clearly, the black king can't move. All it takes then is a check on the H file or the 1st rank for mate. So my first move is:
1. N6b4, with the treat of Rh6++
Black has only one response to prevent mate, and that's Rh8. White then follows up with either Rf5 or Rf7 and black can't stop the back rank mate and has no way to check the white king.
