Let me 'solve' it then:
1. Ne8 [threatening 2. Ng7+ and 3. Bf5 mate] 1. ... Kg6
2. h5+ Rxh5 [2. ... Kxh5 walks into the previously mentioned 3. Ng7+ Kg6 4. Bf5 mate]
3. f5+ Rxf5
4. g4 Rf5-any [otherwise 5. Bxf5 mate]
5. Bf5+ Rxf5 [the Rook returns]
6. Ng7 with
7. gxf5 or gxh5, depending on what Rook moves away, with mate.

1.Rg7++ Kxh8 (1. ... Kf8 2.Qb4+ Qc5 3.Qxc5+ Ke8 4.Qe8🙄
2.Qg8+ Nxg8
3.Rxh7+ Nxh7
4.g7# gives an original type of smothered mate
edit. I see now that I got beaten to it
Oh, silly me, silly me. Just because I wanted to solve it first 🙄

Fritz 9 says Ng5, Qd2, Qe2, and even Qc1 are all +11 points or higher for White. Bxh7+ is 10 or so points. This confirms what the other posters have been telling you all along: this is a lame problem.
And please show the win White has if I add bQb8.

I did not take the engine's moves for granted. I pushed it down the path of Bxh7+ etc. I have a lot of experience annotating games with Fritz. I know about the dangers of horizon effect.
If you can see deeper than Fritz, or if Fritz suffers from horizon effect in this position, why don't you give us some variations to prove it? Yes, please do show us all that Bxh7 is indeed the best move in the position. As Lasker said, lies and hypocrisy don't survive long on the chessboard.
