3. There are two american presidents who had the same mother and father, but were not siblings, how is this possible?

4.What author sometimes wrote under the psuedonym 'Boz'?

Ok, since noone seems to interested, I shall give the answers (my thanks to the two people who did try)

1. She is allergic to her own saliva. (which begs the question of whose does she use?)
2. It is a parliament of owls.
3. The two American presidents are the same man. It was Grover Cleveland, who was the only president to be elected on separate occasions.
4. Charles Dickens sometimes wrote under the pseudonym of 'Boz'.
5. The capital of Burkino Faso is 'Oagadougou' obviously. ๐Ÿ˜€.

Thanks for trying you two, and if I get a request to do another one I'll do it.
Later guys.
Gary.

Gary

I request another quiz please. I tried the last one but didn't know any of the answers. I also stuck to the rules of "no search engines". This time though I'm gonna cheat ๐Ÿ˜ฒ Google here I come ๐Ÿ˜›

You know, it's easier to get away with cheating if you don't announce it.

Hi Gary, yeah, go for another quiz. How about some of the things you had on the seperate sheet in the pub? You know the sort of thing movie taglines, song first lines and so on.

a point of clarification on #3:
cleveland was counted twice in the list of u. s. presidents because his terms of office were not consecutive.
saying "they were elected on separate occasions" is not enough as almost all presidents serving more than one term were elected "on separate (but consecutive) occasions".
i knew the "parliament" of owls but didn't get in here itn time.

two back at you:
1. what do you call a group of crows?
2. what is the product of a cob and a pen called?

It is a murder of crows I think, and the product of a cob and a pen is a cygnet. I fully acknowledge your point on the American President question, my wording was imprecise, and I apologise.

You can get a 3 by hitting the 3 with only one dart. I believe the lowest score that requires 2 darts is 23.

The answers for #1 and #5 are 'th' and 'The Empire Strikes Back', respectively.

ok, 23 for the lowest 2 dart score is correct. th is correct for the series, water is correct for the word, and Empire strikes back is the film. (why couldn't I put these in order๐Ÿ˜•)
