So what causes time dilation? And show me where big AL said that time dilation CAUSES gravity and not the other way round. We KNOW TWO things cause time dilation not the other way round. VELOCITY causes time dilation so that says time dilation is an effect not a cause. Prove me wrong.

Name calling doesn't change the facts. You go fast time slows down. Sounds like an effect of going fast to me.
Go deep into a gravity well time slows down. Seems like an effect to me. You can modulate the time flow depending on how fast you go or how deep into a gravity well you dip. There were ten toes up and ten toes down, if that isn't (insert porn here).
I also just realized since the time flow change of a sat in orbit has two competing flow effects, one against the other, if you go fast enough in an orbit which would be a bit tricky but you could theoretically have an atomic clock in that craft going around Earth, not in an orbit but a powered curve, that would match a similar atomic clock on the ground. There would probably significant g forces on the craft though to keep it in a circular path to match those Earth bound clocks.

The clocks didn't cause time 'dilation'. The clocks felt the affect of the change in gravity. But hey, you will stick to your anti Einstein BS no matter what since one you have read some crackpot agreeing with you that makes said crackpot gold and OBVIOUSLY much smarter than that charlatan Einstein, right?
