You do realize, that if you propose a wild theory with marked emphasize on political revenge, and give not a clue where your wild theory is spported by actual science you sound like a political hack?

That is hardly a scientific paper on how to create a hurrican at a given position with a trjectory...

That the climate change is creating hurricanes is nothing that needs debate (I hope).

So have you a paper citing the specifics of creating a targeting hurricane.

That the climate change is creating hurricanes is nothing that needs debate (I hope).

A warmer climate results in less hurricanes, not more. A cold upper atmosphere is required for a hurricane to form in addition to a warm ocean. That is why dry ice is used. In the summer the ocean in the northern Atlantic is always warm. If that was enough hurricanes would never stop in summer. The Caribbean would be uninhabitable and nobody could sail over the Atlantic to America.

Global warming alarmists need to learn about condensation and how it is needed for hurricanes to form. You cannot get a cycle of evaporation and condensation without a colder upper atmosphere. Evaporation alone is not enough. That means one dose of dry ice is not enough either. Repeat doses would be needed.

You need to google the word ‘relative’ all condensation requires is for the upper atmosphere temperature to be low relative to the cloud formation level atmosphere.
Obviously if the temperature of the ocean is really warm it would only require the upper atmosphere to be not so warm rather than particularly cold.
