Is the Radiation Field from Quantum Zero Point Energy a proven fact?

I don't understand your question. We find good agreement between, for example, the measured energy spectrum of the hydrogen atom and the predicted values.

Same here. I tried googling it to see if I could get some insight to what he may be referring to but I got nowhere BUT I'm not an expert in that field.
