how is that different from the general forum?

I would say yes to a chatroom if they remove that forum, lol, and the sports and spiritual and well all forums except for site ideas 😉

Chatrooms are awful things, they produce instant reactions and the speed of conversation means you can never write a long interesting post. Also, there's no reply & quote facility, so confusion abounds.

Well, I'd see that as a reason for a chatroom. Then the happythreaders could become happychatters instead, and there would be less clutter in the General Forum.
