That is false, We try to get rid of a challenge after it has been in progress for 4 months win or lose. This is too long for a Clan Challenge to last.

A clan rating is the only way to prevent the reigning of casual games to matter. The other is a bit harder, only way I can see is if every clan game is worth a point with maybe 3 bonus points for the overall win. With more bonus points the higher the challenge perhaps.

Agree with Clan Rating, I was hoping that would be a part of the New Format.

Ok so you have a challenge possible 18 points you are saying every clan game is worth a point with 3 bonus points for the over all win. Do I have that correct?

If I am correct then the clan playing the most games winning the most games is still going to win the Challenges, how does this solve anything? Granted it is an idea, but us that play bigger and more challenges are going to wind up with more points. It is just the math!

The the 3 concurrent challenge rule wouldn't matter and could increase to 5 or so. Annoying having only 3 against the same clan, not many clans, so not many games unless you're playing quick time controls and resigning dead rubbers.

It makes every game matter and prevents games from being resigned prematurely. In theory.

Trevor, I had been thinking the same thing as you. I re-thought it though as what could and most likely will happen is Clans will play against each other and not bother with other clans. Like you and Bish could just play each other as an example not of course that you would even think of doing that.

I don't know what difference it would make, every game matters as it is, but you have to indeed play enough games!!! There is where the work comes in to win a Championship.

That probably happened in the past and was the reason why the 3 challenge rule was brought in. Assume so anyway. The way the system is now it's probably still needed but with a few changes, like clan ratings, reshaped points structure then it doesn't matter.

Not at all, a Thank You for helping is quite sufficient for me. 😉 Michael, and most of the Clan appreciate what I do for the clan, which to me is payment enough! I believe you already are aware I am not hurting for money, not rich mind you but not hurting either.

Every game does not matter to your clan. Your clan resigned winable games against mine just to finish the challenge before the 2025 season just because it was a tight challenge. Your clan has also lost game that were winning once the outcome of the challenge has been finalized.

How long had the challenge went on for Trevor? I told you after 4 months we resign win or lose, some challenges go too long. When I first joined Breaking Bad Challenges would last well over a year!!!! WAY TOO LONG!!!

Agreed, If Clan Challenges had its own rating you would see a difference I am sure by 200-300 points, it isn't going to cut everything out but would be an EXCELLENT START!!! More of an even field for everyone I believe!

I have played in Clan Challenges against people I know to be more than 200-300 points higher than their rating shows, but I say nothing about it, I just let it slide as you can find many like that and can have to do with game load, sickness, a number of factors to take into consideration.
