@Arkturos saidGiven your demographics, I am surprised you would call someone speaking their mind (or, more concisely, a snapshot of it) a "passive-aggressive dogpile".
Yeah, now that's a good point. Maybe it is better to allow some petty anonymous passive-aggressive dogpiles to prevent the reactor from overheating, so to speak.
You do realize that when voices are silenced, yours would be among the first to go. You do get that, right? How long have I been trying to get this past your women-hating outer guard?
@congruent saidIt might surprise you to learn that my OP had no thumbs down before I even posted it.
You've had 7 thumbs down for this post, don't you think your idea is dead in the water?
Also, I don't have the Atreides Blessing.
@Suzianne saidNo I don't. So completely disregarding all the times I have seen a dozen or so notifications about your posts and just deleted all of those without responding.
I'm forced to, when you answer every single post I make.
Also, I saw that a few guys so gallantly came to your defense in other threads. May I ask if you found that behavior sexist and disrespectful, or not?

@Suzianne saidDon't the smarter people have some kind of obligation to be kind and considerate toward the "stupid" people?
When you are in one place long enough you begin to decipher the writing on the wall. Unless you're, you know, stupid.
(Completely aside from whether they present themselves as "Christian" or not.)
Furthermore, why were you so quick to take this thread in Site Ideas into personal-attack territory? Why why why?
@Great-Big-Stees saidHunk of coal seems rather harsh. Maybe something along the lines of broken pretzels or potato-chip crumbs?
How ‘bout changing from thumbs up to a diamond and a thumbs down to a hunk of coal?🤔

@Suzianne saidPerhaps you could benefit from a change of scenery?

(Pretty sure we would, too.)
I imagine there are other venues where you could do more good and less harm, to yourself and others.
@Ponderable saidIn America I think we're just a day or two away from requiring people to wear a brown triangle over their hearts.
If the brown triangle, which you might know from Whatsapp would be the downvote, some of the less mature might be inclined to use it ore often for the heck of it...
@Suzianne saidIt's not that I dislike women in general, but I certainly think there is something wrong with you in particular.

@Suzianne saidSo childish of you -- a middle-aged woman -- to twist my words for the sake of your little barb.
I'm forced to, when you answer every single post I make.
And you realize, I don't really need to hear about your wa-wa, right?
I'll say this: if there has been some generational abuse going on in your family, maybe you have an opportunity to "jump tracks" and put an end to it.
Who is writing your story now?
We all have as much agency and free will as we have.
@congruent saidTU-ing a bereavement post does not mean the thumber likes the loss of a loved one or is glad the loved one is gone. It means the thumber is showing solidarity with the one who lost someone.
On some social media (don't ask me I'm not on there anymore), you can like a post. I used to be confused when someone would post news of say a bereavement and others would "like" the post.
