You also have the right to delete posts, and threads...IF you all do such a great job of moderating...why would the site owners even have to bother with the moderating as you claim they do?

Where I did moderating ( with other moderators) the Site owners didn't have to involve themselves with the moderating.

That is when you know you are doing a fantastic job moderating!

One is indeed naive if one thinks by arguing in public forum anything can be resolved, but none of you seemed to want to talk in private P.M.'s, untill feelings had been hurt.

Apart from the fact that it would be a lot of work, I don't like the whole mod system here and think the site is overmoderated. I wouldn't want to work in a system I don't support.
