The notes on Daily Chess games should allow more characters

There isn't enough space to have good notes on this site. The notes section only allows 250 characters, which is too small. There should be no limit to characters at all, or maybe a limit like 1000.

There are legacy reasons for this, which can be corrected in future. There are not good reasons anymore to be limited to 250 characters.

I agree with this comment; so how about changing the limit to 1000 as he suggests?

You could always consider the pm function for conversing with your opponents
