So then basically you don't know whether you can be sure about anything. But somehow you seem to be sure that the system of justice I believe in is somehow false?

Well I think that's true, but does me thinking it make it a "universal truth".
Perhaps you want to define what a universal truth is?
If you believe that God exists, do you believe he only exists in your head or does he really exist?
A universal truth I would say is a statement that is always true and is universally binding.

Your statement about the existence of God is meaningless while it remains unproven and falls well short of being a universal truth.

“There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, "Thy will be done," and those to whom God says, in the end, "Thy will be done." All that are in Hell, choose it. Without that self-choice there could be no Hell. No soul that seriously and constantly desires joy will ever miss it. Those who seek find. Those who knock it is opened.”

Do you really believe that people who are in hell being tortured by your version of a monster-God, actually "choose" to be there? Is this how you abdicate your responsibility for moral thought?
