-Removed-I would say some people are cut out for it and some should refrain.
I could insight a lot of fear in people (and still do) so I refrain from getting angry. I cant remember once where there was a genuine justification for it. But thats just me.
It is a fundemental human emotion but beneath it lies something more powerful

Yes; (technique is important), give anger no swindling chances😵
And what is anger to you, JS357?
😵
This is a brief answer because posting to RHP is very spotty right now and I am not patient enough to look up your post again!
Of course the "it" that tells me these things is part of "me".

Methinks anger promotes nothing, in fact it’s a feeling that keeps one chained by means of staining one's clear mind; if one has to act herenow, let one act herenow and go through it with a free spirit.
It seems to me following Aristotle works, too (if one has to be angry, one has to be angry at the right time, at the right condition, at the right level and against the right person)
😵

Anger is an emotion. Two people may do the same seemingly "angry" thing, yet the motivation and arising impulse quite different.

I often think "niceness" can chain as much as 'anger' or focussed mirroring. Feeling discomfort, one perhaps moves.

Also, by means of feeling whatever and reacting anyway, one tastes karma😵
