I am interested in the claims you make about yourself.
I’m flattered by your interest and attention but I see no reason to give an accounting of myself to you.

Is this response influenced by "the power of God’s Holy Spirit which [you claim] indwells" you?

Perhaps, then, all this stuff about "the power of God’s Holy Spirit which [you claim] indwells" you, is just you regurgitating some religious dogma and claiming it applies to you.

I’m really no longer interested in this conversation. Have a good night.

If you want to believe that, that’s fine.

Do you take responsibility for trolling someone over their invalid mother?

Want me to post the thread?
Go for it.

The "power" you claim works within you has got you bailing out of a discussion about it.

Let me break it down like this. Capitalism without debt doesn't work. We can agree on that, I think. It's not a controversial statement about capitalism and the source of much of the money that's invested. Now, do you agree with the statement Christianity without Hell doesn't work?
KellyJay, now that Romans1009/PB1002 has apparently bowed out [several times, so we shall see], I'd be interested in returning to this question I posed. If it's buried in the flurry of posts that ensued, I apologize.

Hell was created for the devil and his angels, good does not require evil to exist, but evil is nothing but a parasite on good; it cannot exist independently. Money invested doesn't mean debt all by itself, and getting a fair return on investment also doesn't mean debt. Investing in a failed venture can mean a loss of money, but going in debt due to investing more than one should or could responsibly is another topic.

<<Telling you what Jesus said is not condemnation.>>

Telling me I’m a goat (when you know nothing about me) and thereby implying I’m destined for hell is indeed condemnation.

But judgment, condemnation and bearing false witness are pretty much all you do on here. But only to Christians - never to atheists.
I dont need to know you personally. What you say condemns you.... and there is a bible verse for that.

You preach that Christians can live a life of sin because Jesus died for them.

That rubbish doctrine alone condemns you.

I never said that and only an idiot would think I did.

Well here is a conversation I had with two such idiots

Josephw said - Not all will face the same judgment. The saved will be judged at the Bema seat of Christ for things done in the body whether good or bad, and receive reward or suffer loss of reward. It is not a judgment for sin.

Then I said -. Christians can sin and escape punishment according to you. If not then explain what this means ... It is not a judgment for sin.

You responded with - What do you think Jesus Christ died for?

OK, let's not worry about your understanding of the role of debt in capitalism. Can Christianity work without there being, according to its teaching, "Hell"?

I think "Original Sin" (which was invented/surmised by Augustine) is another important component.

Which has me wondering about pre-Augustinian Christianities. 🤔

And what was your answer to what Jesus Christ died for?

I’ll be happy to lead you step by step through this.

Let’s start here: What did Jesus Christ die for?
