    It was simply a dodge.

Is a homosexual Christian's morally sound conduct toward his partner an example of "Christian morals"?

    No.
Christian morals = Jesus Christ Himself.

    This above sentence means -
Christian morals = Jesus Christ Himself.

Ask the same thing about a heterosexual married couple.
The answer will be the same.

    The trap doesn't work.

If we could produce truly "morally sound" behavior then we would not need Christ as our salvation.

"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God"

This means we have all come short of so-called "morally sound" behavior according to God's standard. And it is to God to Whom we are all ultimately accountable.
That you can take to the bank. Its true.

    Christ is morally sound.
Refine your trap and see if you can get it to work.
    Its interesting.

So "Christian morals" are ordinary morals that "come up short" but because the person believes in Jesus whatver virtues and moral conduct are engaged in are sound after all. Is that it?

Are homosexuals capable of demonstrating "Christian morals"? It's interesting how you pout about such a straight forward question being "a trap".

What "answer"? You've pointedly dodged the question about homosexuals.

"Morals" cannot be a person. You mean Christian morals are the morals of someone who thinks Jesus is a supernatural being, right?

In the process of being sanctified every person can demonstrate Christ living out from him or her.

As Christ is living in that person and as they are subdued by the Holy Spirit, Christ is being lived out and being expressed as "Christian morals".

Paul said that Christ Himself was made our wisdom.

"But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom to us from God; both righteousness and sanctification and redemption.

That as it is written, He who boasts, let him boast in the Lord." (1 Cor. 1:30,31)

Utter identification and union with Christ produces these Christian morals.

Christian morals = Jesus Christ Himself.

This is quite clear in His teaching and becomes clear in the experience of Christians who have pioneered before me.

In His teaching about His resurrection Jesus said that because He lives His believers will also live. When I first read this I thought to myself - "well, whether Jesus lives or not we all will live."

One day I grasped that "live" there means to live God, to live Christ, to have the resurrected and available Christ joined to you and live though your.

Because He lives in resurrection we can live.
What we did before He apparently doesn't count as really living.

" Yet a little while and the world beholds Me no longer, but you behold Me; because I live, you also shall live." (John 14:19)

Christian morals = the living Jesus Christ Himself dispensed into His believers and flowing out of them - out of their reactions.

This "utter udentification and union" with some supernatural being happens in the mind right? It's not an action in and of itself is it? It's stuff that a religious person THINKS. I'm not sure why you are reluctant to acknowledge this: it's quite obviously what you are saying.

Can you give any examples of Christian morals "flowing out" of you in your actions on this forum?
