    I see your point, but then if she did find a religion that makes her happy it would be consistent with the blue pill metaphor - since as you recognise; there is no way to establish plausibility. Moreover given it is impossible to decide one god (out of infinitely many) is more plausible than the next; it is pragmatic to assume that any particular choice is the wrong choice.
