because the premise for doing so is not fear, is it, God cannot be scared of anyone, its
fallacious to state that homosexuality was deemed a capital crime because of any
perceived phobia.

The premise doesn't have to be fear, it can be also be antipathy or contempt.

then the term, homophobia is a misapplication, for any phobia implies fear, by
definition. I think a better question to ask might be, why does God condemn
homosexuality.
