Maybe it is God's will that one first wins the lottery, then realizes, "I should use this money to HELP people!"

I can easily imagine a scenario where, being God, I am "omniscient", and I realize, if person X were to win millions of dollars, he would be moved to give said millions to charity.

He dictated the Bible!
I believe in the divine inspiration of the Bible.
I do not believe God "dictated" all of it like Moslems believe Allah dictated the Quran to Mohammed.
There are many books in the Bible that do not contain "Thus Says the Lord" direct dictation style speaking.
