That is, when He says, 'Feed my lambs,' His being single or married
doesn't change the impact of that statement.

Strictly theologically, it doesn't affect the doctrine of the Trinity either. It might relate to the Christological definition of "fully human, fully divine," although I don't think being celibate (or, more strictly, virginal) means that one is less than fully human.
