i told you i don't believe your propaganda, its nonsense.
What propaganda? And when did you tell me? I don't recall.
So, are you willing to discuss what you liked about his comment? I thought not.

The whole purpose of this forum is to 'debate and discuss', that's the description in the forum title. Go and read it. To then claim - 'I am the only person in this forum who declares to not want debate and argumentation' - makes you come across as a tad silly, to put it mildly. Claiming you don't want to debate in a forum specifically created for 'debating' is like saying you want to go swimming but don't want to get wet.
Originally posted by robbie carrobieI goofed, I responded to the wrong comment, I was responding to the comment about Dasa. Sorry for confusion. The P word? Proof. He hates to be confronted with even the concept of people demanding proof of his religion.
Robbie v Sonhouse +3=1, thats the answer to all propositions that matter! 😛

Are you blind?
I am the only person in this forum who declares to not want debate and argumentation.
And why is that?
Because spiritual truth cannot be debated and argued........but only discussed and no one wants discussion.
And why do they not want discussion?
Because they do not know the difference between true religion and false religion.
...[text shortened]... ir lack of humility to make enquiry.
Baiting and sarcastic questions, is not sincere enquiry.

I do see myself as an apprentice of sorts - even though my main authority comes from myself. I have studied under a couple of "masters" in my time. But none right now or the last few years. I don't seek them

Originally posted by DasaBut again, why is only what you say 'the truth?!?'
There is a forum specifically for debating.
You cannot debate truth.
Debating requires a For and Against.
Its a tad silly having a For and Against something that is true.
Who shall ever want to be the person debating the ""Against .......of the truth.
Its easy being the person being for the ( "For" ) side.
Do you understand now?
Therefore again, the truth can only be discussed.............. full stop.
Originally posted by Ghost of a DukeI think Dasas point is that the truth does not lie between two polarities.
But again, why is only what you say 'the truth?!?'
As an atheist i believe 'i' hold the truth. By your own reckoning you can only discuss this with me,....as you can not debate the truth.
Or is it only okay to 'debate' the truths of other, but not your own?
Originally posted by DasaIt is only silly when all agree on what is true. Given that you and I disagree on what is true, debate makes a lot of sense and is not silly at all.
