I have strong doubts that someone who killed three people is "America's Biggest Serial Killer." That sounds more like a weekly occurrence in the U.S. of A. to me.

How many they could prove and charge him with is not the same as how many
he been killing the same way for years upon years.

I did, the movie is one I think everyone should see. If you want to know the
details, look them up. I didn't say unproved cases, I said he killed a huge number.
He had been doing this for years, the number is unknown as far as I believe. What
is not unknown is that those that came for abortions and had live births
Dr. Gosnell cut their spinal cord with scissors, he induced births to do this too.
He didn't care how far along anyone was because of his methods and it was what
he had been doing for years, so it could be in the hundreds or thousands, who
knows does either number seem okay to you?

As I said, the timing of the events, the time it took to do research, and put the
movie together I believe had more to do with this than waiting for an election.

I hope not and that was not what I was impling, the number of children that were born alive that he killed is why he was called that. I don’t know how you feel about what he did and why, I am not even asking you for your opinion.

You need to prove crimes for a conviction simply accusing someone is not enough.
