@rookie54 saidAbsolutely. Ad hominem insults have no place in serious discussion…
i rarely insert my thoughts into discussion that i am uninterested
i am not going to answer yer question about god and the disguises used
i am writing this to point out that @KellyJay made for you a gift of his time and his own thoughts to rationally answer yer question
and you made it personal
this is not an honorable action
tsk
Regretfully I no longer post in this forum because, fascinating as this subject is, and one which demands attention, discussions invariably end up with childish playground spats with neither side willing to listen intelligently to other views. You will, for example, never get Hamas to recognise Isreal. Even more childish, you will never get Sunni to recognise Shia. And the most childish is descending to crude ad hominem attacks.
@cosmic-energy4 saidYou jump to conclusions and assume far too much.
@Suzianne; Pointless to communicate with a person brain washed in any religion. HAVE A NICE DAY AND DO SOME STUDY IN HISTORY NOT JUST RELIGION !!!!!
While there is evidence that Akhenaten introduced a type of "monotheism", this is also contested, with some calling it more akin to monolatry or henotheism.
He did not actively deny the existence of other gods; he simply refrained from worshipping any but the Aten.
Scholars will argue that conflating this 20-year snapshot of Egyptian history with Hebrew monotheism is far-fetched.
Under Akhenaten's successors Egypt reverted to its traditional religion, and Akhenaten himself came to be reviled as a heretic.

@cosmic-energy4 saidIf God is a Cosmic Mind, the Cosmos is what It has to show and how It shows Itself.
Can any one believers in god can answer a simple question?,'WHY GOD DOESN'T SHOW HIMSELF TO HUMANITY'.after all aren't we his creation?.A father doesn't hides from his childrens!

@cosmic-energy4 saidNo, I just wrote that on my own initiative (based on my own observations and surmises), as far as I know. Why do you ask?
@Arkturos; Did he tell you to answer that??.
@Arkturos; I answer that because I did not know that you're appointed by him to respond with your answer!.
@cosmic-energy4 saidI never said that I was.
@Arkturos; I answer that because I did not know that you're appointed by him to respond with your answer!.
@cosmic-energy4 saidWould you mind quoting it for reference?
@Arkturos;You're first answer indicated that.
@Arkturos ; Your answer was,"If God is a cosmic mind, the cosmosis what it has to show and how it shows itself". According to the bible he showed itself, but of course the only reference is only the bible. The bible it's not historical proven document..
