Maybe you need then to prove the non-existance of Muffy, FSM, GCC etc etc etc before we could possibly accept god as the creator.

I would formulate it like this: "God is innocent until proven guilty of existence." (If proven guilty of existence, there will be several other charges, including mass murder.)
