    Edit: god(s)
In court "Innocent until proven guilty" does not mean that the accused did not commit the crime, merely that insufficient evidence has been provided.
Lack of evidence for or against the existence of God does not constitute a concrete proof for one side of the arguement. However there is a significant difference between a total lack of evidence and insufficient evidence. In my opinion there is a total lack of evidence for the existence of God and he should therefore never have been taken to court in the first place.

I had a discussion once with a lawyer (not on RHP) and during the
discussion we were talking about someone did indeed murdered
another (made up story too just discussing a point), and went to
trial and was found not guilty. According to my friend he said the
guy even though he did it was not a murderer, because he was
found not guilty. I said he was a murderer because he actually
murdered someone, he got off yes, but his deeds made him a
murderer not the court of law. What are the views here on this?

I'd say he IS a murderer, just not a CONVICTED murderer.

I felt honored to tell you the truth, that you thought I'd give you a
fair shake as far as judging your points were concern even though
we disagree on almost everything. Which I would have tried to do
to the best of my abilities too, that is judge you fairly not disagree
    with you.

I know we disagree on alot of things, but that doens't mean I don't respect you and your position - I just think it's wrong! I come across that more than you'd imagine being a scientist, so you learn to get over it quickly. I must admit though, that I asked you to make sure things were balanced - I know you disagree with me on alot of things and, of course, I also asked some people who agree with me more than they disagree with me too. Balance is, in my opinion, far more important than impartiallity. I hope you'll consider judging the debate between myself and EcstremeVenom, and I hope you'll start your thread alongside - sounds like a good idea to me.
