Do I have this right? Your question is, "why do I deserve to be punished in everlasting hell?"

    Is that correct?

You cannot say that the god of the bible is evidently immoral and evil [as well as fictional]
without it being taken as insulting and disrespectful by someone.

As it is true that the god of the bible is immoral and evil and fictional, and that those are important
points in many of the discussions here, it is ...[text shortened]... he whole "lets not offend anyone" bit would prevent me from saying so.

    Never going to happen.
I do see your point. Some people get offended no matter what you say about their beliefs.

At the very least, when August comes, try to not be the one who initiates any insults. If we can get enough people who agree to avoid being uncivil next month, maybe you will not get insulted, and won't feel the need to lash out.

Um, no. That's not my question at all.

My question is why I should respect those who believe and claim that I deserve to burn in hell.

I've already said that I will avoid starting anything.

I'm not going to sabotage your love in, even if I don't approve of it. 😉

So, your question is, why should I respect those whose beliefs I don't respect, right?

    Thanks for making *my* point.

    Not really no.

I respect your right to hold those beliefs.

And I can respect you for other things and for other reasons.

What I don't get is having someone tell me [like you do] "you deserve to be murdered by my god"
and then have that person expect me to respect either that belief or them for holding that belief.

But that was the point of what I said. People who want to have this "love-in" say you can disrespect someone's belief without being disrespectful of them. I say that's not reality.

    In that we agree.

However, that being said, you don't have to be as hostile as you have become.

I don't know much about you, but if it makes you feel any better, what the bible really says is that we all deserve to burn in hell.
The Mercy of God is not getting what we deserve.
Then the bible further says that Grace is getting what we do not deserve.🙂

No, that doesn't make me feel any better.

    It's sick, twisted, and evil.

And it still has me [according to your religion] deserving to burn in hell.
What makes you think that I would feel less aversion to your beliefs by
saying that 'hey, everyone else deserves to burn in hell too'...

In what possible way does that make it better????

The bible says no such thing. The bible describes many as perfect, or as righteous, or as worthy of life eternal. Your obsession with hell and boasting that you are a sinner is abnormal.

    You shouldn't!

Anyone that presumes to know that about you is out of their ass.

You could be saved yet! 😉

I disagree, the bible says that very thing when studied.
I agree that I am abnormal. The bible says "peculiar"
