have any other secular or religious organization, then or now, ever been legally required to make a public announcement of a congregant's specific sexual misdeeds.
i heard it was for something in the region of $ 100,000,000, but cannot confirm it.

Are you offering me unsubstantiated, self-certified, speculation here Rob? I wan't empirical data please, not some half arsed 'i heard it was' nonsense.

Whether they agree with my opinion is for others to decide for themselves, robbie.
meaningless and tedious, clearly opinion is important to you FMF, your own and that of others, without evidence, its actually meaningless.

The "evidence" is your post at the bottom of page 16. If you don't accept it, it's fine by me.

I am talking about your post at the bottom of page 16. I found it to be sneering.

Which 'action' are you talking about specifically?

The alleged abuse.

Please answer this question, have any other secular or religious organization, then or now, ever been legally required to make a public announcement of a congregant's specific sexual misdeeds.

Your mutterings about "regrettable action"? What I have been getting from you, robbie, on the latter part of this thread, culminating in your sneering comment about the sex abuse victim, has been mostly a kind of inchoate anger and hyper-defensiveness. You also seem to have been fumbling, grasping and being nonsensical - like with the reference to O.J.Simpson.

The sneering at the bottom of page 16 and stuff like the O.J.Simpson 'legal precedent' whatnot, place a question mark over the sincerity of everything
you have said on this matter, at least to my way of thinking. That's my answer to your question. And I say this in good faith and without rancour.
