therefore if we can please God then despite the fact that we cannot win or earn
salvation, we can certainly influence the way he feels towards us, is it not the case?

You think you can make God like you more than He does someone else, is that
what your saying?

I don't need any more girls. 😉
It's a pair of 501's, flannel shirt, and a beat up pair of work boots for me.
In fact I don't own a suit. Feels like I'm ready for a coffin in one. 😀 Of course I can find one for that rare occasion.

Yes everlasting life is a gift that we cannot earn, we have established that. However
it must not be used as an excuse for simply doing nothing. I am saved already,
therefore i dont need to do anything? I have been a re ...[text shortened]... ction and the vast majority
are simply inflatable Christians, content simply to hear the word.

Hey! That hurts!
From now on I going to try and sound as dumb as I can just for you robbie. 😉

I'd disagree, He loved us while we were yet sinners, He died for us knowing
what we were like at our worst. He can be pleased or displeased at our actions,
but His love for us is a Godly one, not one like we have towards one another.
