So what is your definition of what a "real" Christian is?
Now, when you say "True" Christian, you might be referring to what the Wesleyan doctrine describes as a Sanctification, which is a radical cleansing of the spirit, after which the sinful nature is no longer a dominate force that we have to constantly battle. Before Sanctification, we are constantly battling our desire to sin, sometimes consciously choosing to sin in moments of weakness or in areas of our lives that are still unsurrendured to Christ. After Sanctification, the desire to sin is gone and there is no resistance to God's ability to change our lives completely. Sanctified Christians still might sin, but the conscious desire to in gone.
If you don't believe in Sanctification, as many Christian don't, then a "True" Christian would be any Christian, one who is trying to following the will of God.
