Here is a link to one of the authors she stole from.

http://www.catherinemann.com/my-work-plagiarized/

Catherine puts two versions, one of her book and one of this Kristal and it is clear Kristal was totally aware of what she was doing, she took Catherine's work and changed names of people inside the story.

This was cold blooded plagiarism, very consciously done. It was not, as Kristal claims, an accidental cut and paste and forgotten kind of incident.

Look at the two versions.

As if that weren't enough, she copied from Liz Fielding also:

The main question is, why is she not in jail, up on fraud charges?

In the USA, our Constitution provides for the protection of a citizen's "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" (inclusive of the citizen's family, home and property) as I understand its provisions.
I was using Caesar to represent the worldly state, as Jesus has been read that way in his remark about rendering to Caesar.

But the question is a serious one. Who decides whether a quoting of another's work is "fair use" and is unfair use a sin? It is, who decides this? The state? If so, some things are sins here but not there, or now but not then, and God delegates that decision to the state.

Interesting. I don't have much to say about that idea, it's just interesting for now. Thanks.

Not sure what you want from me I answered the question, I thought
doing so was stealing and lying.

I was just showing the depth of her plagiarizing, it was not, as she tried to claim, some accidental forgetting a cut and paste, it was her JOB.

In her mind, her profession was making books, a professional writer. So in her mind, her job was plagiarizing others.

Do you know her? I don't, just what I see online and her admissions.

What I read was her admission that she was not an author. So you must have read something different than me.

She had books for sale, sounds like she was an author to me. Do you know her?

Apparently you know more than I do about it.

No, I am not sure. I thought I might know something about her. But I must be mistaken, since you are the expert that has been studying this problem. I will leave it to you to solve.
