You’re a sad case, Karoly.

You have the opportunity to know Christ and you refuse. You have the opportunity to learn, but instead of asking questions, you pretend you have all the answers.

Your pride is getting in the way of knowing and accepting Jesus Christ. But that’s sadly a common occurrence, especially in here.
I know Christ and he knows me . He approves and thats all I need

But you are right, I do have the answers

Jesus didn't say on the cross His "work was finished".

He said, "it is finished", and I'm certain you don't know what "it" is.
Im certain you know what your church doctrine says about it. Im not interested in that.
If you want to tell me what the BIBLE says then .. go right ahead.

"Im certain you know what your church doctrine says about it."

I'm sure you're don't.

Now, if you can manage to stay on topic, why don't you at least attempt to tell what Jesus meant by "it is finished" just before He died.

You blew it on your first attempt a couple of posts ago. Give another try. Just google it if you can't find it in the Bible.

I already answered. I dont fancy googling your church doctrine.

Im waiting. I know why you dont want to answer.

Because your church interpretation of 'it is finished', is a pile of nonsense.
It is a fabrication and a twisting of the truth.
it has no basis in bible teachings.
And you well know that the minute that you start to post unbiblical nonsense i will shoot it down

Come on .. make my day .. Im waiting.

I answer no questions which are:

If your question is based on scripture then please point me to the reference, thanks
Would you say the following verse in Ephesians 2:8 is true or false?

"For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.…"

Dont ask me if a reference is true or false. Now that you have the reference, tell me what your interpretation of that reference is. We can discuss it from there. Thanks

Is the word "church" a dirty word to you ?

Mouth worshiping churches that preach false doctrines. Yes.
These places and their followers will be destroyed.
You with them, unless you change your doctrine

The Father seeks true worshippers to worship Him "in spirit and in truthfulness" (John 4:23)

Is that a false doctrine ?

Is that a true doctrine but excludes the use of the human mouth?

Forget about spirituality. You are deficient in basic human integrity.

When are you leaving the Forum like you promised, following Karoly for awhile? How soon will that be ?

My interpretation of this verse is to take it exactly as it is written. "For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.…" I take it you interpret this verse to mean we are saved by works and not by faith?

Why are you telling me what my interpretation is?

Is that how you carry on a discussion?

Based upon everything you have said that seems to be your interpretation. If I'm mistaken feel free to set the record straight.

Good luck to you pal. Stay on the straight and narrow.

You said you are happy to answer questions based on scripture. Was that a lie?
